Research Interests:


Anne Manuel is a political theorist and her primary area of research is American political thought. She has also trained in feminist theory and modern political theory. She will be receiving her PhD from Rutgers University. Her dissertation explores how conceptions of work and idleness shaped, and continue to inflect, debates on citizenship in America. She has taught at Fordham University and Northwestern University.
